Kiano's Spring cookbook pick is the Dishoom cookbook.

 

The London based Indian restaurant was one of Kiano's favorites while living in London, and she has waited for YEARS for this book to come out. She even has two copies, one at home and the other at the Jikoni studio. 

Located in the heart of the arts district in Los Angeles, the 3,300 square foot Jikoni studio is available to be rented in a short-term capacity for photo and video shoots.

It is comprised of two aesthetically independent kitchen spaces, both fully functional and stocked with culinary equipment of the highest quality, a green room, and photography space.
